Process modeling
and using
Visuera Business Process Modeler 2007 |
This 2 day
course is for those who want to learn how
to draw a process map. Our process
modeling course has the same foundation
knowledge as our 'Reading and understanding'
course but we go deeper into the framework
so that process developers learn how to:

This course
also includes hands-on sessions where
participants learn how to use our tool for
drawing process maps.
Taking part in this course entitles you to a
Visuera Business Process Modeler 2007
evaluation license which you can use after
the course.
Note:
Visuera Business Process Modeler 2007
requires Microsoft® Office Visio® 2003/2007 (not 2010).

Certification |

The
certification course is for those who wish
to become certified process
developers using the Visuera method and
Visuera's tools.
Certification takes one day and entails
covering a number of process models. The
process models are based on a home
assignment which we assign or agree on
together with the participant. Participants
are encouraged to use examples close to
home. The process models are reviewed by the
instructor and the participants.

The process journey to business development
Visuera & Kunskapsresan |
Together with
Kunskapsresan, we have developed a course
which builds on Kunskapsresan's unique way
of carrying out effective training. The
course is comprised of home study and group
exercises with a coach who steers the group.
The process journey consists of four levels
of knowledge which together provide you with
the foundation required to work more
effectively with process and business
development.
The process journey is suitable for everyone
who is actively involved in management
consultancy. For example, managers at all
levels, participants in transition projects,
business analysts, requirement writers,
purchasers, architects (IT and business),
strategists, method managers, controllers
and business developers.
The course is based on experiencing
knowledge - this is not a course you can
attend passively. All participants take part
in all elements of the course.
